FAQ

When do my items ship?
We process orders Monday - Friday during regular business hours.  After your order is placed, we'll get it packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide!

How long does it take to arrive?
Orders typically arrive in 7-12 business days.

How are my items shipped?
Orders are shipped using "Eco Post"- Israeli international tracked mail service. Currently, expedited shipping options can only be done by request by contacting us directly. 

Shipping Prices Fees
Shipping fees are collected at checkout and are determined by a parcel's weight and your country.

Delivery to a hotel - Is it possible?
We will ship to any address you indicate. For hotel deliveries, please contact the front desk to alert them to your parcel. 

Preorders:
If you order multiple in-stock items along with a preorder, the entire order will be held until the preorder release. To expedite shipping of the other products, please order them separately.

Preorder delivery time will be updated on the product page. Please note that the delivery schedule may change from the original estimate. Preorders may be canceled before shipping begins, just email hello {at} simplehappykitchen {dot} com with your order number and you'll be refunded in full.

Returns / Exchanges:
Please read our full Return Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must notify us if you wish to return a purchase within 30 days of receiving the item. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more info please refer to full return policy page.

If your item was damaged, lost/stolen in transit 
Simply reply to your confirmation email and we will assist you. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo of the item for reference.

Holiday Shipping times:
Before ordering for holidays please be aware shipping services tend to be slow during these times of year. If you'd like to expedite your shipping, please contact us directly.
